I got it almost a year ago, but just started really using it. If this doesn't help make me a better in all my lifts,then nothing will.Plus cardio is unreal. Just wish I had a better surface to push on. Black top sticks when it gets to hot. If you stop pushing your dead. Thanks guys. |
