The bar alone weights 25 lbs. and is 36 inches in length. The total weight loading area is 28 inches. The handle is well knurled and the quality is much better than even the top bars out there. Each handle comes with 2 collars.

But, this thing is ridiculous. Imagine a Texas power bar cut down into a dumbell. My only complaint is that it took a little while to ship. But, it was definently worth the wait !!! |
