The stone strap is easy to use and can offer a huge training benefit by building muscle memory on the big stones. Simply cradle the stone using the stone strap and lap it just like you would any other stone, then ditch the strap and place the stone. The stone strap can also be used to: pull the chain, make modified farmer walk handles, and do close grip pull-ups with. The stone strap is a great tool with many uses for training strongman events.
