Tuesdays - Cardio 6:30 - 7:30 PM
This class focuses on an intense, high paced cardio workout with light to moderate weight.  Although a pace is set, all participants will work at their own skill level.  Nobody will be asked to do more than they can handle. 
 

This class is more focused on developing strength and skill with the kettlebell using moderate to heavy weights. We also do some stretching and balance work.
 

Cost per class is $10 for gym members and $15 for non-gym members.   Package deals are available.

One on One Kettlebell Instructiontruction.  The cost is $50 for 1 hour. 2 or more clients pay just $25 each for a session.  Contact Susan by e-mail or phone (803-788-2852) to schedule a Kettlebell Personal Training Session. 

Group Kettlebell Seminars:
Our RKC's are also available for private seminar of up to 5 people.  The seminars can be scheduled on a friday, saturday or sunday and will last for 4 or 5 hours.  Take this opportunity to learn the basics of kettlebells and how they can fit into your regular workout or take the basics that you already know and learn more advanced skills. The seminar cost is $500, which will be split among the number of participants. For out of town seminars there is also a $100 travel stipend to cover the cost of travel.
