Question: Dr. Spud, A few questions and thoughts on squatting and depth that need your expert opinion...
Question: I am more just curious about why there is a lot more higher rep stuff in my program on the ME days? I'm certainly not doubting your knowledge about this stuff! Part of the reason I wanted to have a program written for me by a pro powerlifter was to see what makes the program work and why it works, if you know what I mean.
Question: I'm having a tough time keeping my upper back tight with bigger weights when squatting. Do you have any exercise suggestions that might help remedy this issue?
Question: What do you do when your biceps tendonitis acts up? I'm too the point now where it flairs up at 135 lbs. and gets worse with each set. Having handled 1100-1200lbs in the squat and close to 800 in the bench, what were some of the things that you did to keep it under control?
Question: How often were you in full gear, or at least straps up when you competed. I'm usually fullgear 1x per month, but it's clearly not working for me anymore.
Question: When I unrack the weight, sometimes, I shift forward. It feels like I have my feet in the same place each time. If I do shift forward, this is where it all goes to hell...
Question: I've gotten a little scared on the squats because an online acquaintance 57 years of age was quite strong and continually upped her weights but recently hurt her back and the tests revealed a herniated disk and a disk bulge in her lower back!
Question: Marc, I've done some researching on your hybrid squat program and just had a couple questions...
Question: Do you feel kettlebells are good for rehabilitation more so than dumbbells and why is this so particularly if you have shoulder problems?
