Dale Steifel, Personal Trainer and Supplement Expert
Dale grew up in Greenville South Carolina on a small farm and went to high school at Woodmont high school, where I played football, baseball, and wrestled. I am currently persuing a B.S. degree in exercise science and a double minor in coaching and psychology at USC. I have worked at Duck’s gym of Greenville through high school and the first two years in college. I started training at the young age of 10 years old with the close supervision of my parents. I started getting into power lifting intensely when I was 15 years old. I have competed in the AAU, APA, and APF power lifting organizations. I compete in the 308 lb weight class. My best competition lifts are: 804 lb squat, 556 lb bench and 655 lb deadlift for a total of 1978.
Martha took her first yoga call in 2005 for stress relief. She loved the
classes that she attended and began to take as many classes as she could.
As a bonus, her yoga sessions strenthen her bum shoulder where nothing else
seemed to work. Yoga also allowed her to sleep more deeply each night and
it improved her outlook on life. In 2007 Martha began taking classes at
the gym and decided to start the training it would take to become a certified
instructor. Currently she has 160 hours towards her 200 hour goal, and
will become fully certified by February of 2009.
